Our Dentists
Dr. Gordon PollockThe Cowichan Valley has been a home to my family for 5 generations now. I have been practicing dentistry in Duncan for 25 years. I enjoy the sense of community in the Valley and the ongoing contact that I have with patients outside the office.
We have designed and constructed the office of our dreams. This facility incorporates the latest technology to provide you with high quality dentistry in a comfortable surrounding. I believe a large part of my success is due to the great staff I have brought together over the years. Through ongoing education, we have positioned ourselves at the forefront of current dental techniques. On a personal note, I am married with 2 grown children. Music is my ongoing passion. I enjoy everything from being the Pipe Major of our local Cowichan Pipe Band, to spending time in the music room. |
Dr. Owen Son
As someone who’s always dreamed of calling British Columbia my home, I’m grateful and beyond excited to have this opportunity to serve the Cowichan Valley, especially with the support of such a wonderful team behind me.
I graduated from the University of Western Ontario where I developed an enjoyment for all aspects of general dentistry. When I’m not focusing on helping my patients, you can find me playing basketball in my custom Raptors’ jersey, mastering the shavasana pose on my couch, or trying out spicy salmon rolls at every sushi restaurant that is registered on Google maps. So, you know who to contact if you need a third person for 3-on-3 pick-up basketball, but I must warn you, I will be expecting us to go for sushi after a maximum of two games to seven regardless of the outcome. Thank you for having me in this beautiful community, and I really look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone. Hope you have a great day :) |
Dr. Kathryn GatleyOriginally from Saskatchewan, I have spent the last ten years in Vancouver where I met my husband and completed my studies.
Wanting to find a better place to raise our new, growing family, we moved to the Cowichan Valley in 2014. The people and way of life here feel familiar and remind me of my Saskatchewan roots. We feel we have found our new home! We are enjoying the ease of Island life and everything the Valley has to offer. I am thrilled to be working with the amazing team at Reflexions! I couldn't ask for a more inviting and knowledgeable staff. I look forward to meeting and caring for the patients in our practice and becoming part of the community! |
