Dr. Gordon Pollock
The Cowichan Valley has been a home to my family for 5 generations now. I have been practicing dentistry in Duncan for 25 years. I enjoy the sense of community in the Valley and the ongoing contact that I have with patients outside the office.
We have designed and constructed the office of our dreams. This facility incorporates the latest technology to provide you with high quality dentistry in a comfortable surrounding. I believe a large part of my success is due to the great staff I have brought together over the years. Through ongoing education, we have positioned ourselves at the forefront of current dental techniques.
On a personal note, I am married with 2 grown children. Music is my ongoing passion. I enjoy everything from being the Pipe Major of our local Cowichan Pipe Band, to spending time in the music room.

Having spent part of my childhood in the greater Vancouver area, beautiful British Columbia has always had a special place in my heart. I grew up in the Maritimes and later graduated from Dalhousie University, but I had always hoped to make my way back to the West Coast.
Since moving to the Cowichan Valley in 2017 to start working as a dentist, I have felt right at home. The relaxed way of life on the island coupled with the endless outdoor activities available year round have exceeded my expectations. It has been wonderful relocating to the valley, where I am becoming a part of this lovely, small, and diverse community.
Outside of dentistry, you’ll find my partner and I on the trails, camping, hiking, and biking, and exploring the beautiful outdoors. I am passionate about building relationships and providing care for our patients in a professional, relaxed and friendly environment. I feel extremely fortunate to be working alongside Dr Pollock, Dr Gatley, and the best staff I could ask for at Reflexions, and I look forward to meeting you!
Dr. Kathryn Gatley
Originally from Saskatchewan, I have spent the last ten years in Vancouver where I met my husband and completed my studies.
Wanting to find a better place to raise our new, growing family, we moved to the Cowichan Valley in 2014. The people and way of life here feel familiar and remind me of my Saskatchewan roots. We feel we have found our new home! We are enjoying the ease of Island life and everything the Valley has to offer.
I am thrilled to be working with the amazing team at Reflexions! I couldn't ask for a more inviting and knowledgeable staff. I look forward to meeting and caring for the patients in our practice and becoming part of the community!
